📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the maintenance and setup of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Document and track IT issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Support the implementation of new IT systems and technologies, working closely with the IT team.
• Monitor and maintain the company's IT security protocols and procedures.
• Assist in the management of user accounts, access rights, and IT assets.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively in English.
