📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain business plans, forecasts, and budgets using advanced analytical tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Utilize SQL to query and manipulate large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Present findings and recommendations to the executive team, ensuring clear communication of complex information.
• Stay updated with the latest industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and action plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Planning or Business Analyst role, with a strong background in data analysis and strategic planning.
• Proficient in using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on driving business growth.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
