📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, such as those set by the Ministry of Health.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and clinic services.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of healthcare services.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies and equipment.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
