📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design targeted programs.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and training.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
