Civil Engineering Technician - Infrastructure & Construction Projects

PT Horizon Internusa Persada is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Technician to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact infrastructure and construction projects in Bali's most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. In this role, you will work closely with our project managers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Civil Engineering Technician at PT Horizon Internusa Persada, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including site inspections, material testing, and construction supervision. You will also be expected to work with a variety of tools and software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6. With your expertise and dedication, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver world-class infrastructure and construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
• Perform material testing and quality control to ensure that all materials meet project requirements
• Assist in the preparation of construction drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including excavation, grading, and paving
• Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports using Primavera P6
• Ensure that all construction activities are completed in accordance with project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and resolve construction issues
• Ensure that all construction activities are completed in compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards
