📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Manage and monitor the budget, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
