Coinbase is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Platform team, specifically in the Identity division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to enhance our identity verification processes. This is a remote position based in the USA, with a negotiable salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement machine learning models to improve identity verification processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Design and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.,Monitor model performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize our identity verification systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply innovative solutions to our challenges.,Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality code and best practices.,Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize machine learning projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).,Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).,Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality machine learning solutions in a production environment.,Experience with identity verification systems and fraud detection is a plus.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
