Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce flower store, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
• Use Shopify and WMS to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the floral industry.
• Proficient in using Shopify and WMS for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other related software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
