Berjaya Manufacturing is looking for a talented and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials at competitive prices. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for raw materials and components.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent supply.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the company's growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
