Space Spot Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.,Represent the company at HR-related events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.,English proficiency is a plus.
