📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in managing HR data and maintaining HR records.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing HR metrics and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
