📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in our operations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing guidance and support to employees on matters related to internal controls and compliance.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our internal audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
