📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the restaurant's daily operations and ensure smooth flow of activities,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs),Assist in the development and implementation of staff training programs,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with restaurant management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,High school diploma or equivalent,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must,English language skills are a plus
