• Manage and track collections using Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of overdue payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize losses.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections and customer relations.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections and customer relations, preferably in the US market.
• Proven track record of successful collections and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Strong understanding of collections processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Certification in collections or customer relations is a plus.
