📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of branch staff to achieve sales targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and training.,Manage branch budget and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
