Sentral Indra Store is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opening and the right candidate will have the opportunity to lead and manage our branch operations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successful branch management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
