📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly.,Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
