📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and walk-in customers.,Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized teller station at all times.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Handle cash and check transactions securely and in accordance with company policies.,Monitor teller station for any suspicious activities and report immediately.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and banking systems.
