📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize costs.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the warehouse.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and software.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
