Sentral Krisna Computer is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Outlet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Promote products and services to customers to drive sales and revenue.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports for the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
