Lingkungan Joko Bangunan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Staff to join our team. As a Senior Kitchen Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products while maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. This is a full-time position located in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta, offering a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the company's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and hygiene.,Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Good knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
