Develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives to enhance the institution's reputation and expand its global reach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.,Lead and manage a team of partnership officers to ensure the successful execution of partnership projects.,Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to support the institution's academic and research objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships to ensure they are delivering value and meeting the institution's goals.,Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen its profile and attract potential partners.,Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align partnership activities with the institution's strategic objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership development and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business, international relations, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership development and management, with a proven track record of success.,Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.,Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective partnership strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.,Familiarity with the higher education sector and industry trends is desirable.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
