📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients to meet their business needs.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Participate in product development and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
