Duta Zahra Fruit is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Kuta, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field work, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our fruit production business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Manage and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.,Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process.,Develop and maintain production schedules and work orders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of agricultural practices and production processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel and work in various locations.
