As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with management to address any HR-related issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.
