📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and inspected regularly to prevent breakdowns and accidents.
  • Track fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure that all vehicles are fueled and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure that all fleet-related issues are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are compliant with all relevant regulations, including safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet-related activities, including maintenance, fuel consumption, and vehicle usage.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
