📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee and coordinate departmental activities to meet targets and objectives.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
