📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team in the Mempawah region, setting clear goals and objectives for the team.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the operational activities of the sales team, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth and new business development.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and relationships.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all aspects of the role.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry, with a focus on frozen products.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
